Prescription Policy

• The goal of GoMDUS is to provide accessible and affordable healthcare through an online platform, rather than solely focusing on filling prescriptions. Our mission is to make healthcare more affordable for all Americans.
• We prioritize providing high-quality care to our patients and adhere to strict clinical protocols. As a result, we may not be able to assist everyone and may recommend seeking in-person medical treatment. While we strive to offer excellent care, we cannot guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
• Our medical staff is specialized in treating specific medical conditions and therefore can only provide prescriptions for those conditions. Unlike a traditional doctor's office, we cannot provide a full range of healthcare services.
• We comply with telemedicine regulations set by each state, which typically require conducting a video consultation with one of our medical professionals. The practitioner in charge of your care holds a license to practice in your state.
• We do not provide prescriptions for medication that falls under the jurisdiction of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) controlled substances.
